    The first time we met Nick was a year before we bought our house in Gandia area. For the first contact, he spent more than 3 hours with us even if he knew we were not ready to buy. He took his time to well understand our needs and to explain in detail the Spanish market and risk you might take if you don’t pay attention especially if you are a foreigner.The process to buy our house took us 3 additional visits spread over a period of roughly a year. Each time Nick spent a significant amount of time with us for the visits, and I must say he was very patient. At the end we have completed the deal and are very pleased with our acquisition.The process before and after buying the house went smoothly and the final signature of the deal was done even without us, but with our lawyer recommended by Nick.     I first came across Nick Snelling on House Hunters International and Place in the Sun. When I was ready to buy in Spain, I contacted Nick.
